There are also some rumors about "there are no corners in this world. it seems to be round". Again, I didn't saw any proofs.VDZ wrote:To verify this, we need to compare two corners (for example, get to the south-east corner before and after a whirlpool). If there truly are different maps, then there would be for example two south-east corners that are entirely different.
Does anybody have screenshot of map corners? I've only hit the south edge, but haven't found a corner yet.

Re: World 10 Map Theory
This intrigues me... I'll go on an expedition today when I come home, already found the eastern border, so I'll see if I can get to a corner sometime today or tomorrow! I will probably go for the north-eastern border, so if someone else can start looking for that corner after entering a whirlpool, that would be awesome.

Multiple world? Round world? What is next? Spherical world? World that revolve around sun? Do not listen to these heretic and absurd idea.

Someone claims to have encountered a corner though.Damon_Cooper wrote:There are also some rumors about "there are no corners in this world. it seems to be round". Re: World 10 Map Theory
if I can fking figure out how to upload my maps from ender. I'll likely have a map up soon after that.
So far I have a few alts around the world that I'll be going to visit.
if they are indeed different zones or worlds. then I'll find out soon today when my alts meet up.
your theory would be that a wall would stop me from meeting em' up.
also on the mountain subject I've found 6.
I've also found the ring of brodgar.

Well, the original claim was not that corners don't exist but that there are much more than 4 corners and the world is not rectangular in shape.

Did any of them go through a whirlpool? If not your test would not disprove the theory as I understand it. We might all spawn on the first world layer and can only reach subsequent layers via whirlpools.maze wrote:So far I have a few alts around the world that I'll be going to visit.

I started mapping whirlpool locations by making an alt and going thought then having em' walk back to my base using arrow.
So honestly I semi think this theory is not true.
but I've only done this 3 times so I'm not writing this off.
