@stickman
not a Bug with Seatribe but horrible routing by your ISP (who is known for that - old joke: https://gist.github.com/klynton/5535320
) in combination with as6453.net US Network transfer nodes i guess

Depends on your ISP/location perhaps? It's been happening to me as well but I don't disconnect completely from the game. I'm just frozen there for 5-10 minutes and then it stops and catches up like it was a huge lag spike.maze wrote:there is a faction of canadian....i've never seen this problem with any of us.
Doesn't Nao live in Canada? Seems like he was having a similar issue.

Interesting enough the problems occur on the hops inside USA (Chicago and on) and then to London (hops 17 or 18) ...
I tried different traceroutes (from Germany to theirs) but i've never got further than Marseille and Paris ... beyond that just time outs ...

What problem? Blocked ping/ICMP and therefore "request timed out" on the intermediate hops? That's common and usual these days.borka wrote:Interesting enough the problems occur on the hops inside USA (Chicago and on) and then to London (hops 17 or 18) ...
Too old to rock-n-roll, too young to die.

Common and usual ... isn't the same as rationalHrenli wrote:That's common and usual these days.
And the problem is that's all happening within the network of the same carrier ...
