What happened to the push-off mechanics, was it scrapped along the way ?

Has anyone found a way to cure blacked-eye yet? doesn't heal with time and the obvious healing aid cold compress doesnt work on it

Total LP of 30k is much too low
A 30k investment for some insurance of justice in the next life is pretty reasonable, but 30k total is nothing... you can get a good chunk of that from just discoveries alone
100k total or change the skill required to lawspeaking but otherwise it's fine as it is imo
