It's Mother of Pearl (or nacre).
It comes from the Jotun Mussels (rare resource), spawns around once every week.
Study time is like 80~ minutes (?) I think and they give a bit less than twice as much LP as regular pearls (at same Q) though they usually come in nice Qs. There's a q44 one near me :D

Reason: Screenshot that was butchered by a custom client (grids, lines, boxes, ...) was removed in accordance with jorbs taste for perfection.

Nice longhouse, too bad you can't actually connect adjacent houses so you don't have to walk outside
It might look cool but it does not look that useful. If you want to go to the another house you have to go around them. If doors would just be on opposite of each other. You would only have to walk a few tiles.
Ture, would have been the case, but there is more outside the screenshot, makeing this constelation more practical.

Next level layout planning ability

I can't judge because mine sucks too but at least I'm smart enough to let other people build the palisade

my favorite part is the two isolated roundpole cornerposts by the water

I keep noticing new things to love every time I look at it

Fun and engaging gameplay. All being multiboxed, of course.

ya, i was pretty surprised too, he must either don't mind adding tens of hours of unnecessary work or have a lot of bots
why wouldn't he pick more flat area for ease? lol
