I'm assuming normal FEPs are the first +1 and the +2, the bonus from "sizzling" is the second +1 value. Not the first item with a double FEP entry.

More precisely, the second +1 value is the bonus from spitroasting, but as you say, swans are not the only thing exhibiting the behavior.
