Looks great, but you should lower the boardwalk and remove those supports between the pallisade posts.
Also make the wood look more worn down.
Then it would look awesome!

It looks perfectly smooth. Walls have a texture, so it should be a bit grainy.McGriddles wrote:Yea the roof tip is a bit odd, I got stumped and was lazy. But what do you mean the colors are too clean? I didn't add any shading, I know, but the building isn't supposed to look gritty. Maybe it looks too uniform?

I agree, it looks too high and the supports make it look too busy. I'll try and make the wood look more worn but it will be difficult.Moracin wrote:Looks great, but you should lower the boardwalk and remove those supports between the pallisade posts.

Re: Fan Art

Removed most of the supports between palisades, shortened the palisades by about 1/3 its length, and recolored the boards. I tried to give them the look of being damp, peeling, and chipped. I left both drawings up for comparison.

Thank you!Bonsoy wrote:Lol. But your second dock is awesome. Can't wait till docks and bridges!
I could see bridges and/or fords being implemented, but I don't see any use docks would have in game yet; possibly the ability to unload all the containers its holding when on a dock, it might give a slight increase in the rate at which you catch fish, or maybe making docks a requirement for boarding bigger vessels if they are put into the game. Other than those, I can't see a reason to need docks in game.TrooPeRZz wrote:Bonsoy wrote:Lol. But your second dock is awesome. Can't wait till docks and bridges!Potjeh wrote:Nice work.
