Satiations list widget can't be scrolled with the mouse

The satiations list widget in the character sheet attributes page cannot be scrolled by moving the scrollbar with the mouse. Attempting to do so moves the entire window instead.

I sometimes play on a computer with a semi-broken mouse that can't scroll up properly, which makes it quite annoying. For some time I thought scrollbars were just not properly implemented in the game until I realized that they work fine in other windows, like the kin and combat moves lists. This bug seems to be unique to the satiations list.
