I came back with a new service named mafen -- http://mafen.club

Basically, it's a web-based application that helps u with various Haven & Hearth tasks. Currently you can do the following:
- check your character's inventory and study any items you want
- view your character's attributes (incl. hidden ones) -- see an example
- see your character's lores (with hidden time value that means the last time you received that lore)
- see a list of nearby players and party members
- invite kins to your party
- communicate with other players via area / party / village / kingdom / private chats
- click on the nearest table
- heal wounds
- equip and unequip items
Note that you can do it from any device you have at the moment. No need to launch a full desktop H&H client at all!

mafen is an open source project, distributed under the MIT license. Feel free to clone the repository, check every line of code you see, and run the same service on your own computer. I've just deployed it to the VPS to make your life a little bit easier
