Yes, up to 45%.

I think, if you bury skull an skeleton, you already get 45%, and can't get more. If you can't recover your remains, state funeral will bring you back to 45% too. If you can't afford funeral, you can lament getting +6% each time, up to same 45%.

Appreciate what you did to state funeral, but this Einherjer buff needs to be reconsidered. That was the one thing from Legacy that should've never been reimplemented. Could you at least nerf it? 50% is ridiculous. Make it 20%, it'll still be a great bonus. Stupid.
