The same thing as CTRL + C, it seems. It brings up a global chat of sorts, but since it takes up space and doesn't have a history beyond the time it's been open, nobody uses it.JTG wrote:In other news Whats CTRL + Pause do. It brings up a window labeled chat ,but hows that even work.
