Happy/unhappy is a zero sum game, in order to have rich successful happy countries, you need to abuse miserable poor people. Killing them will just make the whole situation smaller-scale and turn some of the formerly happy people into poor people, while few of them remain rich and happy.

Lets just keep unhappy people out of our countries. For example. Replace immigration agency with military funding and put soldiers with guns and stuff in the border instead of buses that take them to leech our societys money.
Few bullets are much cheaper than few generations of criminals.

Yeah no because that doesn't help the unhappy people in any way. The reason we don't put soldiers with bullets on the borders of the west is because the people in power are, contrary to popular belief, not disgusting sociopaths.

With the premise of "the most people should be happy", the question is raised - what makes you entitled to a good life compared to someone born in a shithole? If we're trying to churn out the biggest amount of happiness, one could argue making the unhappy people happy at some expense of happiness of the rich, is the right thing to do.
