Fisherman's Hat to act like one

Post by aikidragon »

It would be lovely to give fishing some love and allow (a couple of) fishing hooks and strings to be attached to the Fisherman's Hat.
Visually, they're already there, so why not add them functionally as well?

would be cool could attach extra lures to hat, maybe eventually add a tackle box? which basically holds bait and hooks and string and just pulls automatically when needed.

Another idea - A fisherman's belt - it could act as a belt with 2 equipment slots (for it not too be bad in comparison with other toolbelts) and a pocket stockpile for bait (simply put the code from a stockpile onto a belt).

I'd rather fish stringer, which can be hung on the belt. However, I used simple thin branches in the form of the letter "V".
Excuse me, I don't speak English.

Fisherman hat having a small storage for fishing items like it was a tool belt would be cool.

Indeed, but it means answering the question of what categories small holding items should work on, and that's a tough precedent to set.

Would otherwise like this.

Can't you attach a whitelist to filter against, or a flag in the item?
You have something in place to tell clothing where it can go in equipment, can that be repurposed?
