I'd like to see unique underground biomes where new creatures spawn, obviously a next world sort of thing but it would be better than having random assortments of bats, slimes, etc. strewn throughout tunnels and caverns.

Something is amiss:

Possibly this should either be reworded or, preferably, delivered upon.

An idea to consider: Tedium, a Feature.

Can spawn upwards of 14 slimes, in my experience, which start attacking instantly. If he wasn't wearing meaningful armour it's definitely possible for him to get knocked out with no chance to react, especially if he's fairly deep.

I'm a bit confused tbh ... are the slimes supposed to always attack or do only the lower level ones (like l4, l5) attack?

I ask because today I finally encountered them on l2 and l3 and none of them attacked me, I could walk right up to them and walked right past a group of 3 (close up) and they just ignored me. I eventually attacked one and had no problems in any way defeating it. In fact I killed it in less time than it takes me to kill a bat, lol.

Is this normal? Only I was expecting something a lot more menacing.
Also if you encounter a group and attack one are they all supposed to attack you? Only they didn't.

This is a newish char btw, highest bit of armour is around 50q.

Like anything, they seem really inconsistent in how aggressive they are. Anecdotally, they do seem at least somewhat more aggressive on L4-L5.
