Containers open but no menu shows up, also cupboards gone.

I logged in today to harvest some crops. That all went well until i went inside to get my seed bag from my cupboards. I had 4 cupboards and all of them nearly filled. When I walked into the Timber house i found no cupboards or bed but my chest and chair were still there. Thinking this may have been vandalism I sucked it up. HOWEVER, when I went back outside, all my containers were still there BUT I was unable to open them. The object is interactable and animates as if opening, yet no menu shows up to take or put items in or out of it. Also when i went to plow a piece of land the cursor never changed from the normal arrow to the shovel icon and the hourglass never appeared either. This has only happened since the new update. Everything was normal 10 hours ago when I last played. Does anyone know what the problem is and is there anything I can do to correct it? Thank you.

probably lag. sometimes graphics take a while to load, so your cupboards maybe have simply been invisible

Thanks Jackard. After reloading a few times all the errors have gone away. The cupboards are back and menus are back to normal. I guess the thing to do then if this happens to anyone else is just logout and sign back in a few time. Thanks for the response. Cheers

also for future reference you are more likely to lose objects to decay than vandalism, though the latter is possible

Understood. I had built these cupboards at different intervals so vandalism seemed the most obvious, or the gods playing with my sanity...
