Re: Grand List of Simple Questions
Ty for your kind help, though I doubt I can use Amazon in a timely fashion here, in Eastern Europe. Do they do deliveries over the Atlantic?
As usual, a problem frustrates me to no end, then when I despair I post here, and then, while waiting for someone to answer, I look upon it again, try a few things, this time with patience, since I know I will get an answer here... And while I do that, I solve it
It's undocumented in all guides and in Wiki... But Ctrl + Arrow re-orients game field according to a cardinal direction. Ctrl + up arrow makes game field "up" be North. Problem solved!

Wastelands. Ruins everywhere from proud civilizations, with today's survivors scavenging whatever they can carry even if they can't even use it. Eating rats cooked alive is OK for everyone. Walking around naked is natural, since very few have time to waste in getting a rag to cover their deep wounds. And the game is only Alpha.

Re: Grand List of Simple Questions
You mention this here, and I think it may have been mentioned before (probably by a dev), but not even going to try digging it up because it was probably once and no reliable search terms for it. I'm making sure it's at least on the wiki somewhere so it doesn't get lost again.... (Putting it with the "cam bad" under console commands for now unless someone has a better place.)
Thanks for telling us about it.
edit: it was in the Leeching Dry patch notes... of course.

Re: Grand List of Simple Questions
I knew how to get diagonal views. You start the game with one diagonal view and then with left and right arrows you cycle through the 4 available diagonal views. Up and down arrows are controlling the zoom level.
What I discovered 12 hours ago was that with Ctrl+Arrow you get the 4 Cardinal Views (no way to cycle through them AFAIK). Ctrl+Up = the direction up on your map is North, what I use to call normal in any game. Ctrl + Down = Up on your screen is South on minimap, Ctrl + left = North is to your left on screen, Ctrl + Right = North is to your right on screen.
Ctrl + Arrow was undocumented and should be mentioned somewhere. The diagonal views that I hate from deep within my heart while clicking on the field, trying to reach something shown on minimap (which I do pretty often) are well documented and I sometimes wish they were not the game defaults.

I forgot what did devs added new to charisma? Was it the higher it was the best quest rewards or something like that?

Correct. It scales up the quest rewards in the same curve as other measurements.donatas wrote:I forgot what did devs added new to charisma? Was it the higher it was the best quest rewards or something like that?
