The little things in Haven and Heath that make it great game

Post by donatas »

First of all I am amazed by the little things in haven and heath, since I always assumed that barkboats would be lost in water if they dropped, but instead they float on it.
Here's a proof for those who think I am trolling and think I am just making you lose your precious curios.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LVmZHBn9OFk
PS. this video is from world 8 and i hope this hasn't changed and also thank you devs for the little things.
Also does anyone have anything else to share?

Various items have special effects when dropped. Itsy Bitsy Spiders and Hopped Up Cone Cows will run around when dropped, and i'm pretty sure Seer's items have little dreamy swirls on them.

I always liked the fact carrots actually help with your eyesight and liver and onions makes you tougher, etc. RL foods giving RL buffs. Easter-eggs are fun too, ie. Talking Whale and Goomba things or the LOZ SFX and clothes.

back in 2d hnh you could give a carrot to a deer and it would heal you, could also chase dryads through the forest

the new fishing system is quite nice now. and the new system of colors for houses/furniture
