Sheep shears!
we should get sheep shears, they would shear faster based on Q. also i love the new butchers knife! great addition

I was just looking for the scissors last night(could have swore they were in game), and was going to suggest this myself. However i wouldnt have the speed tied to quality, but would instead have it act on wool like the cleaver does on meat.

I like it. Came here to suggest it, but used Search first 
I'd say differently tho:
Q shouldn't matter (other than capping the wool Q), made from steel, I'd suggest it not being faster but rather taking all wool available at once. So it still keeps the shearing time somewhat sensible but relatively 3 times faster when shearing sheep with full wool (3 units)
