unexplainable death case file #12

after coming to me with a small scrape in his side, i proceded with an exploritory surgery, i found his insides gross and confuseing so i sewed him up and let him rest

after a number of days i grew tired of his smell so i offered to help him bath he didnt respond, or wake up, he was limp so i helped him to the water

i saw a duck so i chased it giggleing and let go of him he splashed face first into water

when i returned he was face down
