Empty fodder/water on chicken coops & rabbit hutches
As the name implies, you should be able to empty out fodder/water from chicken coops and rabbit hutches. It makes getting better Q fodder much better and doesn't require you to wait or make a new coop/hutch.

You can empty fodder with a barrel or bucket.
You should be able to empty water by using a bucket on the small water dish next to the coop (this was formerly not a feature, I'm still unsure if it's been added yet)

You might need to empty the fodder first, plus you might need an empty bucket.

As said by others: You can, using a bucket.
