Welcome to H&H. Here's your list. Everyone. In a permadeath game anyone who is armed or even unarmed should be avoided or taken cautiously. You see someone is full armor with a B12 on a horse they aren't there to welcome you to the neighborhood. You are better off looking for a list of trusted people.
