quality increases by con and str

this gives us a much gnarlier wound than the wart but one that can heal. just a random incision.

it's a curio and also a variable meat!

would be neat if cutting off a wart left with you a permanent "cool scar" that gives +1 charisma. chicks dig scars

Maybe when you cut off a wart you do a bajillion hhp damage in a wound called "big oof" unless you have a sub so people that are poor have more stuff to complain about.
