The only celebration of Easter my family has is that my mother buys us chocolate bunnies. My brothers and I are all athiest, or agnostic at best, and my poor mother is probably the only person in my family with any faith. And shouldn't that be the resurrection of Jesus? After all, we eat of the flesh and drink of the blood in remembrance of His death frequently. We only celebrate His life twice a year: birth and resurrection.

The true story of easter is that the Jews tricked the Romans into killing a very wise young man with some very loyal and passionate friends, who then sought revenge against the Roman empire and got it.
