people with many murders and crimes on their name should be able to get captured after knock out to be prosecuted.
id love to watch murderers and criminals get lynched on the gallows or beheaded by the guillotine hehe.
edit: only people with clean records can prosecute someone with equal murders shouldn't be able to do it lol.

easy characters can only be held for more than x amount of days otherwise needs to be let free.
