More wheels

I thought it was pretty weird that there weren't any more wheel items, such as cart and... boat? Anyways, I was thinking that wheel should probably be more useful, especially for boat, you should make some kind of boat cart of some sort, allowing you to transport a boat at faster speeds without having to carry it over your head (as this isn't quite realistic).

Also, as for other wheel objects, a wheeled plow could be interesting, allowing yet faster plow. Adding wheel could increase plow speed by something like 15% for wood and metal plow.

Something to buildable from - say - a log and a stump (so 4 boards, 4 blocks) where you can put a boat on would be awesome. Preferably something that gives walk speed while being pulled.

And while on it, please [X]remove the flower menu from the boats and carts.

I think the metal plow currently is to fast compared to the wooden one.

So something inbetween (speed wise) would make sense, maybe a silk coated plow? Requirements like a wooden one plus one silk cloth, repairs would require silk threads.

Would be a viable option since it's manageable for a normal player to obtain silk.

An amphibious wagon that is faster than carrying a boat but slower than a boat on water could be quite interesting. I don't think we want a solution that forces people to cut down a tree at one end of the road between two waterways (such as between SGs) each time they want to use the road.
