We had a case today of a bug exploit used to break into several bases by bypassing the visitor debuff. The bug has been fixed. At least one person was killed, a public well of impressive quality was destroyed, and a fair amount of goods were lost.

The account primarily involved in the exploit has been banned. Capes, hats, and all.
Gates and selected parts of the palisade of the village "Campfire", have been deleted. The winds now come and go as they please in this place, but no fire has been otherwise rained on it.
The aforementioned well has been restored as best as we believe it was.

multiple villages get raided 1 person gets killed and the bug abuser gets rarest cape in the game nice nice!

So if I find a game-breaking bug, I can raid a couple villages first and then let you guys know and its all cool?

ehh tbh if youre just going to reinstate everything that was lost and reward the guy who did it i think A LOT of people are going to quit this game XD

I want to hear it from Jorb. Just to make sure it is true that the developer of a game encourages bug exploiting. Does not make much sense to me.

man these guys were seriously camping our village for days for this shit, trying to get as many characters outlawed as possible to murder. they wouldve killed much more than just my character if it wasnt noticed so fast too. they planned it so hard, its so stupid to reward them. the bug isnt even complex, its something that you wouldnt ever expect to work because its so simple. yet he was rewarded with a blue cape and you guys told him you wouldnt nuke him? RIDICULOUS IMO
