No longer being able to attack anything

Since the last server restart (the one about 'some small fixed'): Character moves toward combat initiation range, after that nothing happens.
While in combat changing targets works though.

Yeah, I too am having this issue.

Edit: Tested on a custom client and the default. Can't attack on either one.

This is happening for me as well. I have two animals waiting to be slapped around and combat doesn't start.

I knew that there was a reason why I asked them to restart the server so we can test this before they vanish to R&R till next year...

Removed combat initiation cooldown plays way better though.
