I've already taken Friday off (I guess I can at least play Wargroove if there's no W11) but even so it would be nice to know if I should go to sleep at a reasonable time on Thursday or if W11 is starting shortly after midnight so it's worth staying up for a while.

Most likely devs themselves dont know the exact time when the world will be live.
But they could still give an estimate, for example, what time will they start working on deploying the new world.
