I know Prontera has been attack recently, and my friend and I live near it but why are we being attacked as well?
I logged in earlier today to find much of our stuff missing, and a few half built things destroyed.

You may want to ask Killface, Elgato, and NaoWhut. I have no knowledge if they did anything else beside wrecking the town.

All in all, I just ask that my friend and I be left out of this.

Just make sure you know how to deal with the minor league griefer such as wallers, boat slingers, and stinkers (people that leaves scents without concern).
