I just subbed for a year and I thought I would get all the hats in the bronze one. I guess you only get the one. If I would of known I would of did the 180 to get the green cap. Is there any way I can get that another way? I really don't want to have to do a 180 day sub on top of my 360 day sub. If not I understand. It was just a huge misunderstanding.

You get the hat that's listed on the subscription you buy, I can't see how one could get the impression to also get all ones from the lower tiers or shorter subscription durations of the selected one.

To be fair, an argument can be made that if I want to gold sub for a year, it's slightly silly I also have to silver and bronze sub to get those hats given those subscriptions will do literally nothing until a year from now.
Edit - This coming from a guy that did in fact, year gold sub as well as bronze and silver subbing just for the hats.

Not a bug. Each tier has a unique reward. Not sure if OP's expectation is more reasonable.

At least add a disclaimer that you WON'T get the previous tier rewards. Because many people may assume that this is the case by default. (Usually it is like, that you get the previous rewards as well)

Once could argue that these should be buy-able solo (without the subscription they come with) at a reasonable rate when you have just bought a higher subscription. Shouldn't be that hard for the shop to handle that.

But they are not normal hats, they are subscription hats and one should be able to buy them only with subscription.

most people i know, including myself expected to get all of the previous rewards in addition to the tier they are purchasing, I was honestly surprised when i bought my year sub last year and didn't get the construction hat in addition to the bobby helmet, perhaps a disclaimer is in order if you intend to keep it the way it is, though I think it might be in your interest to reward a higher tier with more hats as an encouragement for people to buy the higher tier sub.
