It is not always accurate but often is a good start...

I've been fishing in deep lakes with entrails for a while now, all I get are pike and salmon and chubsHrenli wrote:Have you tried what wiki suggests? http://ringofbrodgar.com/wiki/FishingDeaky wrote:What lures/baits and time and place should I use for fishing up graylings?

Symbel effect scales down if highest of your stats is above it's quality. And that calculation is done when you sit at the table. What you see when standing near the table is a theoretical effect for a fresh character (why on earth it might be relevant for us I don't know but that's how it seems to work).kirion wrote:Why is it that when i look at a table with symbels, i see a better hunger/fep % than when im actually seated at the same table?
Better to say "base values based on the items used before character stats and scaling are applied." It's a baseline for players to compare to. I say better to have it than not.Hrenli wrote:What you see when standing near the table is a theoretical effect for a fresh character (why on earth it might be relevant for us I don't know but that's how it seems to work).
