Hello I'm new. Everything has been going good until now. I connect, choose my character, and hit "Where last logged off" or whatever, but nothing happens. I tried this with my other character and nothing. On my other character I also tried the hearthfire and it worked, so I can log in from that. I don't want to, however, because it is very far away from where I want to be.

if there is something where you logged out you can't log in there

Exactly, same goes for when you log out on someone elses claim and have no permissions for it.
