I wonder if the kernel upgrade didn't actually fix it. Several minutes have passed, and I still haven't seen a single congestion event. I honestly really did not expect that, but let's hope.

Still getting random lag spikes

Much better than what it was previous to the kernal replacement

not "stutter stepping" nor is sound effects stuttering either,,, Great Job Loftar :D
