Unable To Place Wood Stockpile On Mountain Terrain
When attempting to place a stockpile of boards on mountain terrain I am denied with a, "You cannot build on this type of terrain" error. For some reason just attempting to place a stockpile causes the game to think you are trying to build.

Yeah, there was no problem placing the stockpile right beside the mountain terrain, just not on actual mountain terrain.
