Messed up how specifically? I'm not seeing any weird interaction going into houses or caves with different cameras.Raguto wrote:The follow cam always seems to be messed up whenever you go through caves or houses or mine holes ever since that last update. Any idea on what happened with it?

Wow it sure is. Seriously your client is awesome. Its the only one that works fairly smoothly and has good features on my wife's laptop. Only reason she truly enjoys the game.
Thanks again.
Thanks again.

I can't seem to recreate this at all, even on follow mode nothing weird seems to happen.Raguto wrote:I made a gif showing the issue.Ardennesss wrote:Messed up how specifically? I don't know, I can see that there seems to be no problem for you, for me though there is and it happened after the update before this most recent one. It shows me underground and stuff and seems to only fix itself once I click to walk the first time after leaving a house. I haven't changed anything else either, it's the only camera mode I find bearable to play in. None of the other camera modes have any problem.

And you're just using follow cam, not holding down any keys, just right clicking to enter/leave a house? Happens on every map change? Does it persist if you toggle off "Disable black load screens" in video settings?Raguto wrote:I don't know, I can see that there seems to be no problem for you, for me though there is and it happened after the update before this most recent one. Just using follow cam, not pressing any keys or anything else, it only seems to happen only when exiting not entering, areas like houses and caves and mine holes, it still does it with "Disable black load screens" on or off.Ardennesss wrote:And you're just using follow cam, not holding down any keys, just right clicking to enter/leave a house? Also is messed up right when you log-in and you're still in follow cam, you'll see the grey underground.

To narrow down troubleshooting, it's "only" a follow cam issue? I'm not suggesting you use a different camera, just trying to figure it out.Raguto wrote:Just using follow cam, not pressing any keys or anything else, it only seems to happen only when exiting not entering, areas like houses and caves and mine holes, it still does it with "Disable black load screens" on or off.Ardennesss wrote:And you're just using follow cam, not holding down any keys, just right clicking to enter/leave a house? Ok and yes, only with follow cam does this happen.Ardennesss wrote:To narrow down troubleshooting, it's "only" a follow cam issue? I'm not suggesting you use a different camera, just trying to figure it out.

Can you hop in Discord for more troubleshooting? I'm pretty much at a loss, I don't see any changes in the way follow cam works that would cause this. Did you try dropping the updater in a fresh folder and running? If you can't Discord, can you screenshot your video settings so I can set mine to the same?Raguto wrote:Ok and yes, only with follow cam does this happen.Ardennesss wrote:To narrow down troubleshooting, it's "only" a follow cam issue?
