Claimed wells bug

I found a well on a personal claim. When I try and fill a barrel from the well it says this land is owned by someone but I can fill a water skin or a bucket from it. Worth a dev cape?

Filling an inventory-placeable object is most likely considered "rummaging" while filling a barrel for some reason requires more permissions (probably counts as object theft or even vandalism). We had this problem with our communal well previous world. I don't think that's a bug, rather it's a misplaced but necessary mechanic, otherwise it would probably allow to steal more valuable liquids without leaving appropriate scents, or some other complex reason we don't see.

I'd give you a cape if I were jorb though. I'm that nice a person.
