Sure. Someone has to eventually win it. I read an interesting math problem on this a while back in that a person is more likely to win the lottery a second time than the person was to win it in the first place. Note that this does not "make them lucky" but in fact reinforces the mathematically probabilities the universe runs on.

Has to be something about the fact that statistically people who buy lottery tickets win lotteries more often than people in general. :D

Just boiled 510 mussels, got 3 pearls. Not great, but not that terrible either.
