It really is not okay for a dev to speak to a player like that. That was very insulting.wonder-ass wrote:apologize for what? not being a pushover is oke in my books tbh.

No, the point is that you should play your own game as seriously as the vets do some day. Or you'll just keep developing in circles for another 10 years.jorb wrote:Your point? That we should lay down, die, and do nothing?

So are we actually going to be told the context of the situation yet? Feels iffy being kept in the dark with such a public thread.

probably not until timer runs out of course. Right now people in question have time to make a case for themselves before it becomes public knowledge.RainbowMoostache wrote:So are we actually going to be told the context of the situation yet? I agree that the devs don't always make decisions that are 400 iq everytime a change is made, but its pretty useless to bring up stuff like the potters clay when that was redacted after they saw how the community was against it, and why. This is a game in eternal alpha and its not the end of the world that the sole two devs of this game aren't playing it themselves at a high level of gameplay. Yeah, there's stuff they should learn from us and I can see they do that. Maybe in time they'll grasp more of that shit, and maybe they do understand more than they let on. Idk. There's times when people treat the game, in all its complexity, as if it's supposed to be perfectly balanced by now with only two people working on it. Maybe it could have been, but it's not and there's not much use in rubbing stuff in their faces without any helpful criticism or commentary.stickman wrote:You have continually demonstrated that you dont know how to handle these situations and have very little understanding how certain game mechanics work together. At the end of last world you demonstrated you didn't know how potters clay and metal spiraling work... something even the most novice players know. You are good at comming up with unique and interesting game mechanics but you guys are oblivious to how things affect high level game play. Even if you found what they have done you probably wont be able to grasp the whole picture...jorb wrote:Honestly, you have no insight into the situation.stickman wrote:honestly...

It’s alright if you want to maintain token sales by giving them a chance to come clean, just say that. I would want to keep the income from players selling their q200+ anvils for $200-$250 in tokens as well.jorb wrote:Sheesh, bruh, tell me about it. lots of speculations when we have 0 idea of what they have actually done. maybe its time to take off the tinfoil hat until we know what they have actually done?Kaios wrote:It’s alright if you want to maintain token sales by giving them a chance to come clean, just say that. If you have been playing this game for as long as your you've had your forum account thenDatSheep wrote:I agree that the devs don't always make decisions that are 400 iq everytime a change is made, but its pretty useless to bring up stuff like the potters clay when that was redacted after they saw how the community was against it, and why. If not, then you should know that this is a trend that has been going on for many many years. It's no surprise that people are losing their shit about it. Just note all the vet's comments, they all echo the exact same thing.jorb wrote:Honestly, you have no insight into the situation.
