It's worth noting that legacy CR's would be a LOT less effective nowadays without the ability to chug wine to reduce the TW, it's not like you could teleport all over the world back and forth again, you'd still be limited by your will and TW value.

I already use leaves and pipeweed for road travel so it wouldn't be too different compared to legacy.

You always argue in such bad faith. Constantly bringing up bots when they're not even applicable, or trying to get spooked hermits who don't know better to agree with you by exploiting their instinct for self preservation. It's intensely obvious what he means is auto-walking in a direction, and alt tabbing out of boredom. An enemy sound doesn't just mean somebody to gank, sometimes it means you gotta tab back in and do your best to not die. Probably a lot more applicable to him than hermits, actually, since hermits without rage can't really die, and he can.

Haha ya cause bleh is one of the people that's camping a market on a daily basis, KO'ing traders trying to make their way in and stealing their Knarrs. Oh right, he's not, that's AD, and that's why we want fast travel back - because markets don't have a point if shitheads are just going to camp them and steal everything you're trying to sell/buy. Safe palisades still haven't been addressed since last world btw. Still costs next to nothing to throw up a 15x15 palisade with a house in it and 4 gates and be a dick to people. If anything it got worse, because instead of porting there to chase them off you now have to boat/walk there just to see them run away and port home. Super fun and engaging game. Lack of fast travel is going to make community events non-existent and community interactions is a strong part of why w10 kept the player count it did for as long as it did. It was super fun to port to CF and just hang out with people and talk about what an idiot one particular forum mod is.
