Wouldn't that allow to refill study desks of other characters?MadNomad wrote:we need to get the hand that takes for study desks

If the thing you meant was ability to receive the hand that takes from a study desk that belongs to another hearthling then I do not really see a big issue here, maybe it would allow your villagemates to force you to use minor amount of exp points to study curios, but why would this be a problem and what's really bad about it?MadNomad wrote:what exactly do you mean?Granger wrote:Wouldn't that allow to refill study desks of other characters?MadNomad wrote:we need to get the hand that takes for study desks

Curios aren't processed while offline. They only process once you log back in. The time offline is calculated and then a number and type of curios are consumed based on whatever algorithm loftar uses.MadNomad wrote: maybe it would allow your villagemates to force you to use minor amount of exp points to study curios, but why would this be a problem and what's really bad about it?
Would be a nice thing if people had to take off from the game for a few weeks and still at least be able to contribute to things like village upkeep (presence) while gone.

No, if somebody can't literally just login and out, it's okay like it is. I would like it to have but at least I have to pretend I use other chars.

We all know we can't have nice things. Take it that way when I say such things.Aceb wrote:Woah MagicMan!
