Sorry. I was going for sarcasm, and I screwed it up. :D

But seriously, people do take things out of context, even when the context is there, and people do draw conclusions that make no sense. Still, on such a subject as hacking another player just to get kills in a game... it's about as low a form of cheating as you can get. Given the history of this game, it's not out of the bounds of possibility that someone is still currently trying to do it, and that's where I think the "jumping to conclusions" comes from.
