Error on entering world after login

Hey everyone, I searched the forums but was unable to find a solution to this problem. I was walking in wilderness and came across this error which shut down my game and client. Now whenever I try to enter the world after character selection, this error pops up, my in-game mouse won't move, and I cannot perform any actions with the keyboard / keypad and must shut the client down. As such I cannot hearth or get away from the area that may be causing this error if it's a graphics issue. This is using the official game client.

This is using the most recent version of Java. On Mac, graphics Intel Iris Plus Graphics 640 1536 MB

I believe I've fixed this just now. It turned out to an error with the spindleberry bush material.
