Don't working subscrible

On my old character, which was before i purchase subscrible, don't working subscrible.

1. Can you show your character list screen? There should be additional widgets that shows you have subscription on account.
2. Are you sure you bough subscription, not subscription token? If so - you should use token to activate your subscription.
3. It is also not permanent - only account verification is permanent for account.

What about it is it that you find isn't working? As far as I can tell, your account has a perfectly working subscription.
