With Java 8 only it shouldn't happen as it was invented with Java 9 to aid migration ...

or make your run.sh point to java 8 only (?)

Hello, I got a new computer and am getting a weird issue where the game loads and I have the background noise and can mess with my inventory, but my screen stays black and says "Finalizing tileset in gfx/… (queued)" and just stays like that. Any ideas? Base game client works fine.

I just started the client and right click with mouse doesn't work? Am I doing something wrong? Left click and keys work but I can't right click the wizard..

Right click on Wizard works with Amber - it opens a small window where you can put in the name

Did you try to right click a tree? Good way to test if it's the game, client or your (mouse) settings ... you should be able to right click a tree and get a "flower menu" to choose what to take from tree

Doesn't work. Tree or wizard, nothing happens if I right click :/ outside of the game the mouse works just fine.
and if I start custom client nothing happens. Windows10 with freshly installed java. I'm very confused tbh

hmmm that really sounds confusing ... did you try with different resololutions or windowed? Is there any mouse software enabled?
