For fun I've fed the last frame of the video to gimp, did some color based selection and pixel count.

So if you take the 5 biggest realms (the others being ±100px) with my parameters you end up with 47023 "claimed" pixels out the 117304 of the image, roughly 40ish % of the map was claimed (including oceans)

Out of the 47023 I ended up with:
18903 HH 40.19%
18315 Ygg 38.94%
7106 LW 15.11%
2281 AD 4.85%
418 Never Neverland 0.88%
