offline hours
I think while you're offline, you should have your religious beliefs recharge 1 hour every TWO hours. that way theres no advantages.

Takes under a week to fix 'em all, and once you do you never use it again, not relaly a huge issue.

not an issue for me, not an issue for you. Maybe an issue for this guy, I don't see how counting offline time is going to be a problem, so long as you can't store up multiple ticks

If you can't constantly leave your game on to keep your belief slider cooldown ticking, you're losing massive advantage and wasting major LP potential. On the same hand, if you can't play constantly, you're going to be severely underpowered compared to everyone else, anyways. The fastest way to change your beliefs is, after having created your character, moving your belief slider, then having somebody kill you so you can inherit, reincarnate, rinse and repeat. As ALWAYS, if you're not playing with another person / other people, that's another major disadvantage for you.
I'm not entirely sure what to think of a slowed but functional belief cooldown during online-time... It lets people create alts, and after logging in every now and again to move their slider, they'll have a char with their wanted beliefs... Big deal. Doesn't really matter in the end, IMO.
