Cruel Incision

I was in a cave looking to start mining, accidentally aggroed a bat. i received a cruel incision. i looked up a cure but i need laurel leaves, but its winter. do cruel incisions heal over time? or am i screwed till spring?

If any wounds heal over time, it will be written in it's description (usually on end of it).

Just use a Gauze, crafted from Wool using a Loom. To get wool feed a clover to a mouflon (the goat-like creature; not the mountain goat, those are dangerous).

Gauze will work. If you have clovers stored from summer/autums or can still find some in grasslands not yet covered in snow, try getting wool from a mufflon.

Wildgoats are also an option but those assholes are aggressive and will only slap you with more wounds if you try to get wool with your main character. I understand some people dislike alts but if you have mountain nearby you should equip one with stone axe and clovers.

If you know where a meadow is located under snow, you can clear a section where you last foraged clover of snow and still try to get clover in winter.
