Well for one someone said:

And:

Which doesn't mean you're going to plant some flowerbeds and make love with each other while smoking some cigars.

And i am just asking because there's rumours on the internets.
The ones who see things differently.

You can praise them, disagree with them, quote them, disbelieve them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can't do is ignore them.
And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius.

Well i've yet to see any of 'those', latest one i noticed was 'King' Manus (We called him something a bit more fruity so to speak  ) in Darkfall, who thought he was going to make a LARPer's medievil kingdom, in a game, where ganking is encouraged and also a main feature.....yeeeeeah....

By the way, bit off topic here, but is there any kind of blunt weapon in this game? just curious.

Only your fists.

Welcome to the game, is your village focusing on any particular trade, or are you going for them all?

There was no glory in this. I hadn't asked for this crap.
Trouble had come to me, in big dark swarms. The good

illusions. I was not one of them. I was no hero. Just me

I don't know about angels, but it's fear that gives men

That small voice proved, beyond any doubt, that I was

Aww...no hammers.....As for trade, we're not sure right now, just trying to get things 'somewhat' organised, but once im done settling down, im happy to trade my services for others.

Well, what's probably going to happen is that we're just going to do what we feel like doing (ie, people who like to craft will choose a craft, etc), and all the surplus, presumably, would be open to trade or whatever.

ps: this map confuses me someone help :( also really how do I remove my hearth fire can I move it somewhere else :(

Speaking as a goon, let's just be honest here: we're going to end up making this game infinitely more newbie-friendly, which is definitely needed. I just started and I have no idea what's going on or how to play, and that's definitely detracting from my enjoyment of this game.

If we set up a goon presence, we'd probably have a newbie guide with stuff like basic controls, a short tutorial on how to get items and what to grind and where, where to put your hearth fire (I put mine far away :(), and for goons, a list of places to go/people to bother for stuff like gear, answering dumb questions, food that doesn't suck, etc.

What about the map confuses you?

To move your hearth fire, build another one somewhere else. The old one will become a regular campfire that you can light to burn it out so it goes away.

The map confuses me because it's small and doesn't let me zoom out, so I'm not sure how to find out where I am in relation to the world map. I ended up having to log and relog to get to the, uh, ring circle thing? Also, I don't have a dream thingy anymore, so I can't build another hearth fire... right? Or something?

But I found some people after I ported, so I'm good for the asking stupid questions now. :3 I have friends to play with and am no longer totally alone yay.

The only way to find yourself on the world map is to compare terrain features on your minimap with the features on the world map, it's not that hard if the swamp/lake/forest/mud flat is in a unique shape.

You can harvest dreams from dreamcatchers, you can build one or harvest one from an existing dreamcatcher.
You see a masterful engraving by Blaze. On it is Blaze, bears, boars, and foxes. Blaze is striking down the bears. The boars are screaming. The foxes are in a fetal position. The image relates to the return of Blaze in the late winter of 2009.
