party arrow bugged to random location

Post by ymcudnik »

ok so with the changes to being not able to spawn at a friends fire we have to walk to find them right? so what do you do when the party locating arrow takes you to the middle of nowhere ? as you can see no one is here but on my mini map i have an "X" like my party member is there. after alot of precious time lost walking it turns out to not even be the right spot. very frustrating to say the least...

This only occurs at long distances. Recreate the party, it refreshes the arrows.

Will investigate. Thanks.

Bug still exists. Had to travel a long distance for a trade today and we needed to reset the arrow/marker multiple times (by entering and leaving a cave) as it pointed to an incorrect location (player wasn't at indicated spot).

The 'old' version of the bug was that the pointers only updated correctly when the target character moved (there was no need to enter a portal, simply moving from one tile to another was enough).
