Lose hunger fast!

How do you lose hunger fast? I need to train my stats and I hate being overstuffed and wait for a long time.

Plow the same tile by hand over and over until you lose stamina, then drink water. That's the only way I know.

EDIT: How do you drink the water from a bucket? I only see the "Empty" action.

put the water in a flask or waterskin or kuksa

If you want to lose it faster, find a fox, use No Pain, No Gain! a few times to lower your SHP, then kill him. You could realistically do it on any animal. Healing SHP lowers your Hunger faster than anything else.

After 3~4 times you can pretty much leave your dude in front of a cupboard and cmoe back to feed him every few minutes (leaving you free to play another character, or get things done IRL)

This is the fastest way. You can use a full hunger bar level within a minute.

This is actually slower than plowing by hand and then drinking. Plus has the added effect of losing HHP if you get hit by the fox. Not even mentioning the annoyance of having to go searching for one. Especially when surrounded by so many perfectly plowable tiles.

Far far too slow. We are talking about orders of magnitude higher in terms of stamina drain (and thus hunger) drain.

yes, very, people used to worry about getting enough food

i mix getting a body full of leeches with heavy physical work, cant hut to use BOTH ideas
