If this marks the beginning of the end of Amber, let me be the first to publicly thank you for nearly five years(!) of dedication to maintaining this client. I hope you decide to keep it going, but I can't think of a project I've worked on for five years and not gotten sick of.romovs wrote:No concrete plans regarding this at the moment. Maybe we should give him time to look at the source code and make a verdict, before starting eulogies and crowdfunding campaigns.

Re: Amber Client
Hi Everyone.
I'm having an annoying issue with loosing map files. Every few days, my in game map will "reset" by loosing every explored map tile. My markers are still present but now point to another map completely black.
I had a look at AppData\Roaming\Haven and Hearth\data and the files seems to be still present.
I don't multi client. Only 1 client open at any given time.
Here are some example of what happens.
Map freshly wiped: Markers still present but pointing to old map: I have also noticed this error in the system chat when logging in and map got wiped: Any help is welcomed.

Re: Amber Client
Downloaded amber 1.80.0 - there are no fullscreen or resolution options in Video Settings.romovs wrote:Update.
New:
- Full-screen mode and resolution change support. See Video Settings. Currently it lists all reported resolutions including those that might not match your monitor's aspect ratio, so you will probably want to use only those that do match if you don't want things to get stretched.
To terminate the client in full-screen mode use Exit button on the main login screen or in the settings window.

Re: Amber Client
I have an issue with the map, it is no longer adding new tiles. It has created a new "layer" to update the map. How can I access the map logs to update or delete some? Where is it stored?
